•             Post or transmit any information or software that the sender is aware contains a virus, worm, or other harmful component

Termination

In the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, or for any reason whatsoever, International-Realestates.com  may terminate and/or ban a member or subscriber immediately without fault or penalty. www.International-Realestates.com try to maintain an international directory of real estates offers from entire world that are active on the website. Members may be deleted due to inactivity or for any other reason, without recourse. When a member has not logged in for 6 months, their account status is in jeopardy and may be deleted.

www.International-Realestates.com provides free membership.

The Free Members-Silver Member can apply in the site with the data and presentation of the company which they represented and to post 2 real estates offers and also have the possibility to pay for banner, for the link “offer of the day” or sponsored link for search.

Sponsored link- the real-estate offer will be displayed from the first places on the page.

The Gold Members are Free to put how many real estates offers are necessary for them in all the sections from the portal for 6 months fee or 12 months fee and also have the possibility to pay for banner, for the link “offer of the day” or sponsored link for search.

Sponsored link- the real-estate offer will be displayed from the first places on the page.

The Platinum Members if you are a Silver Member or Gold Member and you want to have maximum visibility, to publish unlimited real estates offers and to have a personal real estate website you have to upgrade to PLATINUM MEMBER.

 Applicable Law

you agree that the laws of Romania can apply to any issue that may arise with www.International-Realestates.com regarding this site, and to settle such dispute in the courts of Romania.

 Privacy

At www.International-Realestates.com, the privacy and confidence of our members is of utmost importance. www.International-Realestates.com will NOT sell or use for themselves those data. The phone number will be posted on the site if the Member will fill it in the form subscribe. The email addresses appear in the www.International-Realestates.com account of the Member where other Member/user sends the messages.
