2-   Check your email account To activate your account you have to check the link from the email. The email comes from no@International-Realestates.com. For to come the emails from International-Realestates.com in your inbox, please add to your contacts this email addresses no@International-Realestates.com and contact@International-Realestates.com

3-  After you go in your account, fulfill your profile. Put your logo and start to publish real estates offers. The Members can start to contact the other members of International-Realestates.com

How do I use International-Realestates.com ?

www.international-realestates.com is not a Real Estate Agency. We provide this business platform for  the Real Estate Agencies and physical persons for to exchange information and we are not involved in transactions between our members. So our members need to search our website for the real estates information they need and contact each other directly.

  What services do Free Members get?

Companies that register at International-Realestates.com have the opportunity to add the requests or to add Real Estate offers.

 How do I upgrade to GOLD MEMBER or PLATINUM MEMBER?

 Log in your SILVER ACCOUNT, or make one account if you are not yet a member account, go in “My account” and click Gold Account or Platinum Account. 

As a free member, can I post much more than 2 offers?

As a free member, you can only add 2 offers.

  I can receive back the fees paid to International-Realestates.com for Gold Member, Platinum Member or the extra options as offer of the day, sponsored link, banner?

Sorry, but no. You can’t receive back the fee. Once you pay the fee, mean you try the International-Realestates.com and you agree with our services. 

May I move my account paid for one sponsored link, offer of the day or banner for other real estates offer than I choose before if I have more days paid already?

May be possible. You have to contact us through email: contact@International-Realestates.com and to present the real estates offer which you want to change the advertise, to the other.

 How many free accounts can I have?

One. All legally registered companies can have just 1 Free account. Companies that create more than one account are violating International-Realestates.com Terms and conditions and these accounts may be Restricted or Banned.  Our rule is: one company

Who sees my company information?

Everyone. All registered members are listed on International-Realestates.com and can be searched by industry, keyword, real estates offer and profile.

How do I edit My Profile Company?

Updating and revising your Profile is easy.   Log in  to International-Realestates.com using your Username and Password. Then, on the "My Account" where are displayed the information’s about your company. You can update those data as necessary and often you like.

How do I SEARCH in International-Realestates.com?

At International-Realestates.com, finding real estates opportunities is simple. First, decide in which country have to be the real estate offer and after to look in sections.

 How do I rank higher in search results?

International-Realestates.com search results are ranked according to membership status, account activity and Profile information. The real estates offers are also possible to be displayed first on the page results if you make it sponsored link. For to make it sponsored link, you have to be logged in your account and to click on “promote my offers” or  “list my offers” and click “make it sponsored” .

Other possibility for to rank up the real estates offer is to log in your account and to list your  offer for to make it “offer of the day”. The offers of the day, are listed in the first page of the site in right part. The offers can be maximum 15 /day.

Why I am told I cannot register because my email has already been registered?

The International-Realestates.com check your registration information to avoid duplicate accounts.

Can I change my Username?

Sorry, you can’t change your user name.

On the Log In page, click Forget your Password? Put the email address which you use it for to create the account, fill the SPAM code and Sent recovery request.

Can I trust companies listed on International-Realestates.com ?

Companies listed on International-Realestates.com should NOT be automatically trusted. Members should request that potential new partners forward a copy of their legal business registration and all the data which can give the trust.  

What is Trade Mail?

Trade Mail is a FREE web-based messaging system exclusively for members of International-Realestates.com.

International-Realestates.com members use Trade Mail to receive messages regarding offers.

How do I use Trade Mail?

For to use the Trade Mail, first you have to  Log In to International-Realestates.com using the username and password you selected when you registered. To check Trade Mail messages, click "Received Messages" in the left column of the My Account navigation bar.

There you can see all the messages from the other members or users of the site. In the message is mentioned regarding which real estates offer is the message. For to reply to the person which write to you, you have to log in your personal email account (other than the email account from the site International-Realestates.com) and to transmit your message. You are not allowed to transmit reply messages from your account.

What is the Trade Mail quota?

The International-Realestates.com, don’t have a limitation of messages.

What is the BANNED COMPANIES?

The International-Realestates.com members which don’t respect the Terms and conditions or Privacy Policy etc, can be Restricted or BANNED and appear listed in the BANNED COMPANIES with details about the reason of restriction.  

How can I report fraud or an abuse?

If you notice a company on International-Realestates.com that is abusing our Terms of Use, please report this through Contact Us  and after write to us the problem which you want to report.

 Why is my account Restricted?

The International-Realestates.com restricts members when they don’t respect the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use. Before to restrict one account, the International-Realestates.com, contact you to fix the problem. If the problem is not resolved, the account can be restricted or banned. To re-activate your account, please contact us by email contact@International-Realestates.com

How to remove my information from Google search result?

Sorry, we can not remove your information’s from Google results. For that you have to contact Google.
